Abstract:
The present invention provides a thermal-type humidity measuring device having low variation in output error. A thermal-type humidity measuring device 11 according to the present invention is provided with: a humidity detection unit that has a heating resistor; and a signal processing unit that processes a signal from the humidity detection unit. The thermal-type humidity measuring device 11 is characterized in that output characteristics of the signal processing unit are adjusted by using a gas having a moisture mixing ratio larger than that in a relative humidity of 100% at room temperature.
