Abstract:
Provided is a thermoelectric generation system with which it is possible to inhibit variation in the amount of power generated by thermoelectric generators. This thermoelectric generation system comprises a plurality of thermoelectric generators, each thermoelectric generator comprising: a heating part having a heating medium flowpath through which a heating medium flows; a cooling part having a cooling flowpath through which coolant flows, a thermoelectric element having one surface to which the heating part is provided and another surface to which the cooling part is provided, and which generates electricity as a result of the difference in temperature between the temperature of the coolant and the condensing temperature of the heating medium which undergoes a change in latent heat within the heating medium flowpath; and a heat-transfer pipe that is connected to the heating medium flowpath and that circulates the heating medium. The heat-transfer pipe of each of the thermoelectric generators is positioned within the same flowpath through which a high-temperature fluid flows, and the heating medium flowpaths of each of the thermoelectric devices are connected to one another.
