Abstract:
The present invention provides: thermoplastic resin composition pellets which are characterized by containing 30 to 100 parts by mass of (A) a polybutylene terephthalate resin that has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3 to 1.3 dl/g and 0 to 70 parts by mass of (B) a polystyrene or a rubber-reinforced polystyrene resin, and also containing 0.5 to 20 parts by mass of (C) thermally expandable microspherical particles that have a maximum expansion temperature within the range of 250 to 320°C and an average particle diameter within the range of 10 to 50 µm relative to a total of 100 parts by mass of the components (A) and (B); and a method for producing the thermoplastic resin composition pellets.
