Title:
THICKENING AND STABILIZING AGENT, AND SOLVENT COMPOSITION USING SAME FOR PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/188508
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a compound capable of thickening a fluidic organic substance to a desired viscosity, and uniformly stabilizing the compositional makeup thereof. The compound according to the present invention is represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R1 represents a monovalent straight-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 10-25 carbon atoms, R2 and R3, which are the same or different, each represent a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 2, 4, 6, or 8 carbon atoms, a divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 carbon atoms, or a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, R4 represents a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1-8 carbon atoms, and R5 and R6, which are the same or different, each represent a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms or a hydroxyalkyl ether group. L1-L3 each represent an amide bond, and in the case where L1 and L3 are -CONH-, L2 is -NHCO-, and in the case where L1 and L3 are -NHCO-, L2 is -CONH-.
