Abstract:
The thin capillary structure supporting vapor chamber. A capillary structure in an inner cavity of the vapor chamber has the function of a supporting force structure while serving as a phase change medium, a capillary force structure, of the vapor chamber, thereby improving the heat conduction capability and the heat dissipation efficiency of the vapor chamber. The vapor chamber comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate. The central region of the first cover plate is provided with an upward-protruding cavity. The second cover plate is of a flat plate structure. An outer frame of the first cover plate covers the peripheral region of the second cover plate. The vapor chamber further comprises a capillary supporting structure. A surface of the whole plane region of the capillary supporting structure is provided with a plurality of outward-protruding supporting components. The capillary supporting structure is located in the upward-protruding cavity. The plane surface of the whole plane region of the capillary supporting structure is attached to the inner surface of the upward-protruding cavity. Outward-protruding points of all the supporting components form an equivalent plane, and the outward-protruding points of all the supporting components are attached to the inner surface of the second cover plate.
