Abstract:
A thin light-transmissive marble dry hanging construction method, comprising the following steps: step one: construction preparation: before construction, cleaning the surface of a base layer and laying lines according to a design drawing, and inspecting the structural engineering and other matching work items; step two: on-site positioning and line laying: on the basis of the design layout and the size of the composite panel (3), first laying out on the wall; laying lines using the main control axis handed over by the civil engineering unit as a reference line and, on the basis of the adjusted layout, implementing elastic line positioning, and marking mounting positioning lines of a steel frame keel (6); step three: on-site size inspection and ordering, factory production and processing; step four: production and mounting of the steel frame keel (6); step five: base layer concealing inspection; step six: mounting the dry hanging member (4) and the composite panel (3); step seven: fastening and levelling; and step eight: on-site cleaning. The present method has the characteristics of improving construction efficiency, shortening the construction period, increasing the rate of light transmission, enhancing the decorative effect, saving costs, and being safe and environmentally friendly.
