Abstract:
The present invention obtains a high-quality three-dimensional image having little cardboard-cut-out feeling and reproducing the three-dimensional feeling and feeling of thickness of a subject regardless of what factor the cardboard-cut-out phenomenon arises from in a three-dimensional image. In a three-dimensional imaging device (three-dimensional image processing device) (1000), a depth acquisition unit (103) acquires L depth information and R depth information from a three-dimensional image, and, on the basis of the L depth information and the R depth information, an image correction unit (104) adjusts the parallax of the edge regions of the subject in a manner so that the stereotactic position of the edge regions of the subject becomes more distant. Consequently, the edge regions of the subject are displayed imbued with a rounded feeling during three-dimensional display of a three-dimensional image acquired by the three-dimensional imaging device (1000). As a result, the three-dimensional image subjected to processing by the three-dimensional image processing device becomes a high-quality three-dimensional image having little cardboard-cut-out feeling and able to appropriately express the three-dimensional feeling and feeling of thickness of the subject.
