Abstract:

In this throttle body assembly with an attached bypass control device, a control base body (5) is connected to an attachment surface (1a) on one side of a throttle body (1); on the attachment surface (1a) are formed a first communication groove (16) continuous with the downstream end of an upstream passage (14) of a bypass (13), and a second communication groove (17) continuous with the upstream end of a downstream path (15) of the bypass (13). On the control base body (5) are formed a valve guide hole (7), an inlet hole (11) allowing the first communication groove (16) to communicate with the valve guide hole (7), and a measurement hole (10) which allows the second communication groove (17) to communicate with the valve guide hole (7) and which is opened and closed by the control valve (12). The valve guide hole (7), the control valve (12) and an electric motor (20) are disposed such that the common axis (Y) of these is perpendicular to the axis (X) of an intake path (2), and the measurement hole (10) and the downstream end of the downstream path (15) are arranged offset (S) from each other along the axis (X) of the intake path (2).
