Abstract:
Provided are a data analysis system and a time-series data analysis method that enable more effective data analysis even for data that contains a lot of noise. The time-series data analysis system includes: a bandpass filter processing unit 16; a moving average processing unit 18; a differential processing unit 20; an integral difference processing unit 22; a subtraction processing unit 24; a pulse generation processing unit 26; a threshold value processing unit 28; a division point search processing unit 30; and a range setting processing unit 32. By applying and executing various types of processing to time-series data in each of these processing units, it is possible to find inflection points in time-series data, that is, points at which trends change, with high precision. The range setting processing unit 32 executes, for example, processing in which the user sets a range directly on the time axis. Furthermore, the division point search processing unit finds an approximate curve that fits the time-series data well with processing that requires less load on a computer.
