A tire pressure sensor (TPS) of a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) according to the present invention includes a tire valve which is connected to be detachable and angle-adjustable at a front side of the tire pressure sensor housing, wherein a holder bracket having a tire valve insertion hole is formed and an insertion head which is inserted into the valve insertion hole is formed at the end portion of the tire valve. According to the present invention, the tire valve is configured to be coupled with the front side of the tire pressure sensor housing and is detachable and angle-adjustable, so that the angle of the tire valve is freely controlled, allowing compatible use regardless of the shape or size of wheels of automobiles and commercial vehicles. Furthermore, superior competitiveness may be obtained over competitors' products because manufacturing costs can be greatly reduced, due to compatible use regardless of the shape or size of wheels. Furthermore, air pressure leakage via a wheel valve hole may be effectively prevented against high speed rotation and inertia motion caused by the high speed rotation during the driving of a vehicle, and damage at the time of tire mounting/demounting may be prevented since the tire pressure sensor is mounted to a wheel as low as possible.
