Abstract:
A tissue separation device (1) is provided with a sheath (2), a tube (3) having a deformation part (31), a regulating member (4) and an inner structure (5). The tissue separation device (1) is used in an assembled state where the tube (3) is inserted movably into the sheath (2), the regulating member (4) is inserted into the tube (3) and the inner structure (5) is inserted movably into the regulating member (4). The inner structure (5) comprises wires (54, 55) which are capable of expanding and contracting, an operation part (51) which operates expansion of the wires (54, 55), a siphon (52) and a traction shaft. The wires (54, 55) expand by bending so as to protrude in opposite directions to each other. When separating biological tissue, the wires (54, 55) in an expanded state are moved inside the tube (3) with respect to the tube (3) without moving the tube (3) with respect to the living body.
