Abstract:
Provided is a titanium composite material 1 that has a first surface layer 2, an inner layer 4, and a second surface layer 3, wherein the first surface layer 2 and the second surface layer 3 are made from a titanium alloy, the inner layer 4 is made from an industrial pure titanium that has voids, the chemical composition of the first surface layer 2 and/or the second surface layer 3 satisfies [8.0 < Mo content (mass%) + V content (mass%) / 1.5 + Nb content (mass%) / 3.6 < 20.0], the thickness of the first surface layer 2 and/or the second surface layer 3 accounts for 2-20% of the total thickness of the titanium composite material 1, and the volume ratio of voids in a cross-section perpendicular to the plate thickness direction is greater than 0% but less than 30%.
