Abstract:
Provided is a titanium composite material 1 that has a first surface layer 2, an inner layer 4, and a second surface layer 3, wherein the first surface layer 2 and the second surface layer 3 are made from a titanium alloy, the inner layer 4 is made from an industrial pure titanium that has voids, the thickness of the first surface layer 2 and/or the second surface layer 3 is at least 5 μm and accounts for at most 40% of the total thickness of the titanium composite material 1, the volume ratio of voids in a cross-section perpendicular to the plate thickness direction is greater than 0% but less than 30%, and the chemical composition of the first surface layer 2 and/or the second surface layer 3 is, by mass%, 0.10-0.60% Si, 0.1-2.0% Nb, 0.3-1.0% Ta, 0.3-1.5% Al, 0-1.5% Sn, 0-1.5% Cu, 0-0.5% Fe, with the remainder being Ti and impurities.
