Abstract:
A tobacco product comprising an atomization section, and a raw material holding section into which vapor or an aerosol generated in the atomization section flows, wherein: the raw material holding section includes an area filled with a raw material containing small pieces or fine powder of a plant of the genus Nicotiana, and a first net-like member disposed upstream of the area to seal the raw material; Sa < S1 is satisfied, where Sa is the area of an image formed by vertical projection of a downstream end surface of a flow path in the atomization section onto a plane vertical to a flow path direction, and S1 is the area of an image formed by vertical projection of a flow path surface in the first net-like member onto the plane vertical to the flow path direction is S1; and the downstream end of the flow path in the atomization section and the first net-like member are spaced apart from each other.
