Abstract:
The present invention provides a tooth movement device that is effective in distally moving molar and canine teeth, and is applicable when not only maxillary molar and canine teeth but also mandibular molar and canine teeth are to be distally moved. The tooth movement device 1 according to the present invention is provided with: a path part 6 that extends along a row of teeth on the maxillary palatal side or maxillary or mandibular buccal side thereof; a sliding part 13 that is slidably attached to the path part 6; a fixing part 2 that is attached to a position closer to a distal end than is the sliding part 13; and an elastic part 14 that has one end held by the sliding part 13 and the other end held at a position closer to the distal end than is the sliding part 13, and that presses the sliding part 13 toward the distal end 5.
