Abstract:
Provided is a resistive touch panel, wherein, in order to mitigate an operation that is not intended by a user, a touch panel controller (10) is provided with: a touch assessment unit (11) that assesses whether there has been a change in touching of a touch panel (20) from one point to two points, or from two points to one point; and a touch processing unit (12) that, in cases where the touching has changed from one point to two points or from two points to one point, outputs a signal indicating that all touching has been disengaged and then outputs a post-change touch position.
