Abstract:
A traditional Chinese medicine regulation and control type composite active bone scaffold, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The composite active bone scaffold is formed by compounding an organic component and an inorganic component; the scaffold also carries Asperosaponin VI; the organic component is selected from: PLGA, PLLA, PDLA and POC; and the inorganic component is selected from: β-tricalcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite. The composite active bone scaffold has excellent mechanical strength, is simple to operate, rapidly formed, has a controllable pore size, is degradable, has excellent biocompatibility, inhibits osteoclasts, maintains a balance between osteogenesis and osteoclast activity, and has both bone defect repair and therapeutic effects.
