Abstract:
The present invention relates to a traffic information collecting method, an apparatus and a system therefor. In particular, the present invention collects and processes traffic information by using a mobile communication network to thereby calculate an effective sample for a mobile terminal device passing through a boundary of a particular region, formulates reliability of the sample detected at the time of collecting the traffic information, maintains and recycles a sample with high reliability, calculates an effective sample with high reliability detected when collecting traffic information to thereby generate communication information with reliability and is capable of managing the effective sample to be reused.
