Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wheel processing apparatus and a method using a spinning manner, the wheel forming unit for forming a wheel using a spinning manner comprising: a head stock for supporting the bottom surface of a firstly formed wheel and giving a rotational force at the time of forming; a mold inserted into the wheel fixed at the head stock and patterned with a formed shape of the wheel on the outer peripheral surface thereof; a tailstock pressuring and fixing the upper part of the mold; a processing unit, located at one side of the fixed wheel, for moving vertically and horizontally to thereby form a rim forming part of the wheel to the pattern of the inserted mold; and a control unit, electrically connected to the head stock, the tailstock and the processing unit, for controlling the rotational force of the head stock, the lifting of the tailstock, and the position of the operation of the processing unit, wherein the processing unit is provided with, in the horizontal side thereof, a detecting sensor which obtains a measurement value by measuring a pressure force to the rim forming part and checks the state of the wheel by using the obtained measurement value.
