Abstract:

An acquisition unit (15a) acquires a cross-sectional traffic volume indicating the traffic volume at a prescribed measurement point on an arterial road. A dividing unit (15b) divides, at measurement points, an area including alleys around the arterial road on a map into separate areas. A connection unit (15c) connects the cross-sectional traffic volumes between the separate areas to derive the traffic volume on the arterial road in each area. A distribution unit (15d) distributes departure points or destinations in each specified departure area or destination area that is among the separate areas.
