Abstract:
To provide a training method and training device whereby a burden on joints such as a hip or knee can be alleviated, muscular strength in the thighs of both the left and right legs can be increased with good balance, and walking ability can be effectively enhanced. An exercise process in which the buttocks region H of a training user is supported by a seat 17a, and two rotatably supported cranks 5, 5 and pedals 19, 19 supported by the cranks 5, 5, respectively, are pedaled by both legs of the training user extended forward from the buttocks region H, and a stimulation process in which electrodes 40c, 40c are adhered to the skin directly above the sacrum B on both sides thereof of the user and an electrical stimulation wave is outputted to the electrodes 40c, 40c are simultaneously executed.
