Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transfer film in which poor winding of a protective film is unlikely to occur when the protective film is peeled and wound, and in which the occurrence of pattern defects during pattern formation is suppressed. The transfer film according to the present invention comprises a temporary support, a photosensitive composition layer, and a protective film in this order, wherein the protective film contains polypropylene, and the arithmetic average roughness Ra1 of the surface of the protective film on the photosensitive composition layer side is smaller than the arithmetic average roughness Ra2 of the surface of the protective film on the reverse side from the photosensitive composition layer.
