Abstract:

A transmission in a power machine (10) includes an axle (130) having an inboard (122) and outboard end (120). The outboard end is coupled to a wheel through a universal joint (124). The inboard end is coupled, through a sprocket assembly (128) and chain drive linkage to a hydraulic motor. The axle (130) is supported at its inboard end by a single spherical bearing (156).
