Abstract:
[Problem] There is a need for the provision of technology which constrains expansion of the circuit size while enabling adaption to an inverted connection wherein the top and bottom of a connector are reversed. [Solution] The present invention provides a reception control device equipped with: a polarity detection unit for detecting, as a polarity determination result signal, the polarity of a first reception signal received by a first reception unit and/or the polarity resulting from polarity reversal of a second reception signal received by a second reception unit; and a reception control unit for controlling, on the basis of the polarity determination result signal, the output destination of a third reception signal received by the first reception unit after the first reception signal and a fourth reception signal received by the second reception unit after the second reception signal.
