Abstract:
A system for transferring data by having a reception device receive code images displayed by a transmission device, wherein at the transmission device, a series of data is divided into multiple data portions, and each of the data portions obtained by the division is converted into a code image and output. Identification images are added at timing other than code image switching timing. Strings of the generated code images are connected together and transmitted in the form of a moving picture. At the reception device, images obtained by image capture are accumulated, the accumulated images are read in sequence, and the code images that appear simultaneously with the identification images are decoded. Transfer failures due to inappropriate image switching timing and image capture timing can be reduced.
