Abstract:
A transmission method according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a transmission method for transmitting a content via broadcasting, and comprises: a generation step for generating a plurality of fixed-length frames for transmission, each including a plurality of variable-length first transmission units in which the content is stored; and a transmission step for transmitting the generated plurality of frames, wherein in the generation step, a plurality of first transmission units are sequentially disposed in the plurality of frames, and in the disposition, a first transmission unit to be processed is disposed in a next frame even if the data amount of the first transmission unit to be processed is smaller than the remaining capacity of the frame to be processed.
