Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a transmission path determination method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first network device acquiring an SR policy, wherein the SR policy comprises primary path information and standby path information, and the primary path information comprises a first update threshold value and at least one first segment list, each first segment list being used for indicating an SR path of traffic from the first network device to a second network device, and the first update threshold value indicating a threshold value of an update of the SR path from the first network device to the second network device; and when transmitting traffic by using a path, which is indicated by the primary path information, the first network device determining, according to the first update threshold value and the transmission performance of the SR path that is indicated by each first segment list, whether the quality of service of the current transmission path meets an expectation, and if the expectation is not met, updating the path to obtain an updated transmission path, so that the first network device transmits the traffic by using the updated transmission path, so as to satisfy expected quality of service and improve the transmission efficiency of the traffic.
