The present application relates to a transmission structure and a preparation method therefor. The transmission structure comprises a plurality of first transmission units and a plurality of second transmission units. Differences between a first transmission phase of a transmission electromagnetic wave of the first transmission unit and a second transmission phase of a transmission electromagnetic wave of the second transmission unit are the same or similar in a preset frequency band. The plurality of first transmission units and the plurality of second transmission units are disorderly arranged in one surface; each first transmission unit has a first substrate, the first substrate is internally provided with a first dielectric block, and the thickness of the first substrate between the first dielectric block and an electromagnetic wave incident surface of the first transmission unit is a non-zero first thickness; and a corresponding second transmission unit has a second substrate, a second dielectric block and a non-zero second thickness, wherein the second thickness and the first thickness are configured to enable the first transmission unit and the second transmission unit to have a large reflection electromagnetic wave phase difference in a wide frequency range.
