Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transmitter for transmitting wireless power, and to a wireless power transmitting system including same, which includes at least one helical or spiral-type coil having one end provided in a grounded state and the other end provided as being floated in the air, wherein the coil wirelessly transmits power due to resonance. The present invention can operate in a simper structure and at a lower frequency than an existing wireless power transmitting scheme using magnetic resonance. Accordingly, power transfer efficiency increases, system construction cost can be reduced, and a multi-channel transmitting unit can be easily implemented.
