Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a transparent conductive film which exhibits excellent characteristics in terms of total light transmittance, surface resistivity, and elongation rate associated with electrical conductivity by means of forming in cases where the transparent conductive film is used for an electromagnetic shield, an antifogging cover or the like that is required to have a three-dimensional shape and is used for a display, a touch panel, a camera and the like. [Solution] A transparent conductive film which comprises a transparent plastic film substrate and a transparent metal oxide layer, wherein: a metal nanowire layer and a transparent metal oxide layer are sequentially arranged in this order on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film substrate; the transparent conductive film has a total light transmittance (JIS-K7361-1) of from 75% to 95%; the transparent conductive film has a surface resistivity of from 1 Ω/□ to 150 Ω/□; and if the transparent conductive film is stretched within the range of from +10% to +200% relative to the length of the unstretched transparent conductive film, the stretched transparent conductive film has electrical conductivity.
