Abstract:
Provided is a transportation expense calculation system by which applications can be made separately for cases in which outbound and return routes differ. A transportation expense calculation server 100 acquires, in response to a new application request from an employee terminal 200 regarding a commuting route, commuting route information including a commuting route that can be used by an employee for commuting and a route direction type indicating an outbound route or a return route of the commuting route for which the employee is filing an application for use. On the basis of the acquired commuting route information and transportation expense information (one-way fare) from an employee-based route information table 414 in which transportation expense information pertaining to transportation expenses required for commuting on commuting routes is registered, the transportation expense calculation server 100 calculates a commuting transportation expense for the commuting route for which the employee is filing an application for use from among the outbound and return commuting routes.
