Abstract:
This travel control device is provided with a limit information acquisition unit, a current position acquisition unit, a current speed acquisition unit, a travel curve generation unit, and a speed command unit. From a vehicle speed limit unit that sets the speed limit at each position for causing a predetermined deceleration completion speed at speed limit start positions, the limit information acquisition unit acquires limit information comprising speed limit information and position information corresponding to the speed limit. The current position acquisition unit acquires the current position of the vehicle. The current speed acquisition unit acquires the current speed of the vehicle. The travel curve generation unit generates a travel curve satisfying the speed limit at each position obtained from the control information on the basis of the acquired limit information, current position, and current speed. The speed command unit generates a speed command on the basis of the generated travel curve and current position.
