Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for performing exercise therapy using a treadmill, the device comprising: a body (10) having a pair of hinge shafts (12) at one end of a base (11); a motion member (20) for supporting each of rods (21) so as to be rotatable at the hinge shafts (12) of the body (10) and supporting each of footrests (25) so as to be slidable on the rods (21); an adjustment member (30) installed to adjust the rotation resistance of the rods (21) and the sliding resistance of the footrests (25); and a control means (40) for detecting and displaying the operation state of the motion member (20). Therefore, the exercise therapy device can improve lower extremity muscle strength by strengthening the adductor and abductor muscles of the hip, and can keep a user's interest in exercise with a structure that enables the user to use the device conveniently alone indoors, thereby increasing the safety and effectiveness of exercise therapy.
