Abstract:
A triple eccentric metal sealing butterfly valve structure capable of replacing a sealing pair on line, comprising a valve body (1), a limiting pin a (2), a three-opening ring (3), a locking nut (4), a screw a (5), a valve seat sealing ring (6), a multilayer sealing ring (7), a limiting pin b (8), a butterfly plate (9), a pressing plate (10), and a screw b (11). The valve seat sealing ring is provided in the valve body. The valve seat sealing ring is fixed in the valve body by means of the three-opening ring, the locking nut, and the screw a. The limiting pin a is provided between the valve seat sealing ring and the valve body. The valve seat sealing ring is limited by the limiting pin a. The multilayer sealing ring is provided on the butterfly plate. The multilayer sealing ring is pressed by the pressing plate and fixed to the butterfly plate by the screw b. The butterfly plate, the multilayer sealing ring and the pressing plate are fixed in position by means of the limiting pin b. A maintenance bin opening (12) is formed in the valve body. The structure solves the defect of being unable to replace a sealing pair on line on an original triple eccentric structure; during online replacement, by providing the limiting pins, the sealing pair position is determined, the leakage risk of a butterfly valve is reduced, and the safe and effective operation of an LNG receiving station is ensured.
