Abstract:
An air discharge port (22) for discharging part of oil in which air is mixed is composed of a first air discharge port (22-1) provided on the inner peripheral side from the inscribed circle (31) of an outer rotor (2), and a second air discharge port (22-2) provided on the outer peripheral side from the circumscribed circle (32) of an inner rotor (3), the port area of the air discharge port (22) can be increased by the sum total of the area of the first air discharge port (22-1) and the area of the second air discharge port (22-2) in the state of non-communication with either a suction port (21) or a delivery port (23), and moreover a disadvantage that a pump chamber in a previous step and a pump chamber in a step next thereto communicate with each other via the air discharge port (22) can be avoided.
