Abstract:
A trypsin-containing hemostatic fabric. The hemostatic fabric comprises a molecular sieve fiber composite and trypsin. The molecular sieve fiber composite comprises molecular sieves and fibers. The molecular sieves are independently dispersed on the surface of the fibers without aggregation, and are directly contacted with the surface of the fibers. The surface of the molecular sieves in contact with the fibers is an inner surface, the surface of the molecular sieves not in contact with the fibers is an outer surface, the molecular sieves form growth matching coupling with the fibers on the inner surface, and the inner surface and the outer surface are both composed of molecular sieve nanoparticles. Trypsin is specifically bound to the molecular sieve fiber composite, and retains high coagulation promoting activities, and thus a hemostatic fabric having a good coagulation effect is obtained. The fabric can be widely used for trauma and surgical hemostasis.
