Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tubular type latch having a two-stage up-down structure. The tubular type latch having a two-stage up-down structure according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a pair of door lock main bodies coupled to a lever and disposed on the interior side and exterior side of a door; and a door latch module arranged between the pair of door lock main bodies and disposed in the door so as to lock or release the door to/from a door frame. The door latch module has: a latch body unit having an accommodating space and an entrance which communicates with the accommodating space; a stopper unit disposed in the latch body unit; a latch bolt unit which is disposed in the latch body unit so as to be capable of entering through the entrance of the latch body unit in order to lock or release the door to/from the door frame, and which has a rail section having a retraction-limiting area in which the retraction into the entrance is limited and an retraction-enabling area in which the retraction into the entrance is enabled in the event at least one end portion of the stopper unit is positioned therein; a latch bolt supporting unit coupled to the latch bolt unit so as to support the latch bolt unit; and a motion transmission and lock release unit which is disposed in the latch body unit so as to transmit torque from the outside to the latch bolt unit, and which draws the latch bolt unit into the entrance and applies pressure to the stopper unit such that at least one end portion of the stopper unit is removed from the retraction-limiting area.
