Abstract:
Disclosed are a tunable low-pass filter and a preparation method. The tunable low-pass filter comprises: at least one slow-wave CPW filter unit, wherein the slow-wave CPW filter unit comprises an inductor series circuit and an MEMS switch parallel circuit, and the slow-wave CPW filter unit is configured to change an inductor in the inductor series circuit and a capacitor in the MEMS switch parallel circuit to implement low-pass filtering tuning.
