Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tungsten composite yarn with improved flexibility and shielding performance, a radiation-shielding fabric using same, and a radiation-shielding article. The tungsten composite yarn with improved flexibility and shielding performance of the present invention comprises: a tungsten wire; a first yarn primarily covering the outer circumferential surface of a core yarn while the tungsten wire is used as the core yarn; and a second yarn secondarily covering the outer circumferential surface of the first yarn, and thus provides excellent flexibility and durability, and the tungsten composite yarn can implement high shielding performance through a synergistic effect of two kinds of raw materials disclosed as radiation-shielding materials, and thus is applicable to radiation-shielding medical clothing, fire-fighting clothing, and the like.
