Abstract:
Various two-residue-extended peptides can be produced by reacting a first amino acid or peptide represented by formula (1), a halogenating agent, a tertiary amine represented by formula (3), an amino acid N-carboxy anhydride (NCA) represented by formula (4), and a second amino acid or peptide represented by formula (5).
