Abstract:
A two-stage pulverization device for a negative electrode material of a lithium-ion battery, the pulverization device comprising a first-stage pulverization device, a second-stage pulverization device, and a dust removal device. The first-stage pulverization device comprises a feed loading cylinder (2), a perforated screen (6), and a first-stage pulverization container (8). The first-stage pulverization container (8) is welded to left and right side surfaces of two support boards (5). The perforated screen (6) is welded to inner portions of two sides of the first-stage pulverization container (8). The feed loading cylinder (2) is fixedly arranged on the left support board. The second-stage pulverization device comprises a second-stage pulverization container (12) and a second motor (16). The second-stage pulverization container (12) is welded to two second-stage pulverization support frames (11). The second motor (16) is fixedly arranged on a motor support board (15). The dust removal device comprises a dust collection container (18) and a suction machine (20). The suction machine (20) is fixedly arranged on the second-stage pulverization container (12). The device of the present invention employs two-stage pulverization to provide size uniformity of graphite particles and accelerate pulverization, and performs dust removal during pulverization operation to protect the environment.
