Abstract:
The present invention provides a two-step shearing method for preventing damage of a press-cutting die for high-strength material. The two-step shearing method for preventing damage of the press-cutting die for high-strength material, according to the present invention, can promote productivity and can minimize the damage of a cutting die by improving the working speed through a press-shearing process using the cutting die when trimming, blanking, and piercing (punching) the high-strength material, enables the material to be cut into uniform cut surfaces by minimizing the generation of burrs, and can reduce a load of the press by reducing a shearing load for the material. The two-step shearing method for preventing damage of the press-cutting die for high-strength material, according to the present invention, comprises: a cutting portion plastic-deforming step for primarily plastic-deforming a cutting portion of the material; and a cutting portion shearing step of cutting the cutting portion by adding shearing force to the cutting portion of the material.
