Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an ultra-high performance concrete assembly-type light and thin prefabricated staircase and an assembly process therefor. The prefabricated staircase comprises: treads, landings, a stringer, and connecting components; the prefabricated staircase is made of ultra-high performance concrete; and the treads, the landings, the stringer, and the connecting components are all prefabricated parts, and are assembled and connected to obtain the prefabricated staircase. According to the present invention, the structure is simple; a design solution that all the treads, the landings, the stringer, and the connecting members can be prefabricated separately, so that staircase components can be transported to a construction site first before assembly, and thus the problem that conventional prefabricated staircases are heavy in self-weight, large in volume and inconvenient to transport is solved, and the problem that a staircase mold is large in volume and inflexible to adjust is also solved; due to ultra-high strength, ultra-high toughness, and ultra-high durability of the ultra-high performance concrete, sectional dimensions of the staircase components are reduced on the premise that the bearing capacity of the staircase and normal use conditions are met, such that the self-weight and the cost are reduced.
