Abstract:
An ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 is characterized by comprising: a data acquisition unit 3 that acquires a time series data string of waves reflected from a subject by repeatedly transmitting an ultrasonic beam onto the subject a plurality of times in a range that spans a plurality of scanning lines; a to-be- analyzed-data selection unit 7 that estimates the amount of relative positional shift of a scattered body in the subject that is included in the time series data string, and selects to-be-analyzed data by removing, from the time series data string, time series data that satisfies a removal criterion based on the amount of positional shift of the scattered body; an MTI filter unit 8 that removes a clutter component from the analysis target data; and a blood flow information estimation unit 9 that analyzes the analysis target data from which the clutter component has been removed, and estimates blood flow information in the subject.
