Abstract:
An ultrasonic sensor (100), wherein a piezoelectric substance (130) has a first face (131) and a second face (132). A first electrode (140) is provided on the first face (131). A second electrode (150) is provided on the second face (132). The second electrode (150) faces the first electrode (140) via the piezoelectric substance (130). A third electrode (160) is provided on the second face (132). The third electrode (160) is spaced apart from the second electrode (150). The third electrode (160) is electrically connected to the first electrode (140). The second electrode (150), as seen from a thickness direction (Z) in which the first face (131) and the second face (132) are in a row, extends to both edges (132A) of the second face (132) in a first direction (D1) and is spaced apart from both edges (132B) of the second face (132) in a second direction (D2) that intersects the first direction (D1) at right angles.
