Abstract:
An ultrasonic sound field conformal gene transfection device, comprising: an ultrasonic transducer (1), used for emitting an ultrasonic wave; an ultrasonic sound field conformal device (2), used for accommodating a compound of a gene, a cell, and an ultrasound-responsive particle, the shape and size of the ultrasonic sound field conformal device (2) being determined according to a sound field of the ultrasonic wave; and a focal length adapter (3), used for fixing the ultrasonic sound field conformal device (2) at a preset position, the preset position being determined according to the sound field position of the ultrasonic wave.
