Abstract:
An adjustment apparatus and an electronic device. The adjustment apparatus (100) comprises: elastic members (10), a support (20), at least two abutting members (30), and a toggle member (40). The elastic members (10) comprise at least two first abutting portions (11); the support (20) comprises a support member (21), the elastic members (10) being provided on the support member (21); the abutting members (30) and the first abutting portions (11) are provided in one-to-one correspondence, and the abutting members (30) respectively abut against the corresponding first abutting portions (11); the toggle member (40) is rotatably provided on the support (20), and the elastic members (10) abut against the toggle member (40) by means of the at least two abutting members (30), so that the toggle member (40) rotates by a preset angle with respect to the support (20) and then is positioned by the abutting members (30); and the at least two abutting members (30) are evenly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the toggle member (40).
