Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic stepping superfine single droplet generator. A valve body, a valve core and a spring form a one-way valve, wherein the valve body is connected to a nozzle by means of a conduit, an ultrasonic direct-current electric motor composed of piezoelectric ceramics is used, the conduit is driven by using an inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric ceramics to perform linear motion, and liquid in a spraying cavity is extruded out of the nozzle by using a nano-scale feeding amount of an ultrasonic linear electric motor, so as to obtain tiny and quantitative liquid droplets. A piezoelectric vibrator driving a conduit can generate a nano-scale feeding amount, such that the volume of liquid droplets overflowing every time can reach a micron scale, and thus the requirements for generating tiny liquid droplets are met.
