Description:
AN UMBRELLA THAT MEASURES THE INTENSITY OF RAIN

Technical Field:

This invention is related to the umbrella, specifically an umbrella that measures the intensity of rain.

State of the Art:

The umbrella used in the present invention is a folding canopy supported by wooden or metal ribs, which is usually mounted on a wooden, metal or plastic pole. An umbrella is designed to protect a person from environmental elements such as rain, snow or sunlight. Umbrellas can be both portable and stationary.

In the patent application numbered WO2022159171 Al, Umbrella Assembly is described. An umbrella assembly is described. Manual movement of a knob away from a handle moves each rib and a canopy to a position outside of an inner hollow component of a frame such that the umbrella assembly is in an open and in-use position. In the open and in-use position, a shape of each rib of the set of ribs is curved. Elastic potential energy of a spring located within the inner hollow component of the frame retracts each rib and the canopy into the inner hollow component of the frame. Each rib comprises a bending resistance such that when each rib is retracted into the inner hollow component of the frame, a shape of each rib moves towards a planar shape

In the Utility model numbered TR2021017995, Smart Walking Stick/Umbrella is described. An umbrella assembly is described. A cane is made in the form of an umbrella, the umbrella is put in full sun on the solar panel, LED lamps are placed along the cane, the cane on the compartment that held the lantern, dog repellent Circuit 3 key and put in the keys with LED lamps, lanterns and dog repellent circuit is in operation, the DC power produced by the solar panels is sent to the rechargeable battery, these batteries with LED lamps, lanterns and dog repellent circuit is in operation. Description of the Invention:

The subject of the invention of our product, the rain, humidity and heat sensor on the electronic card, which will be embedded in the hand-held part of the umbrella, will be able to analyze the rain of the user's immediate environment.

In addition, indicators with different colors have been added to show the intensity of the rain from low intensity to higher intensity levels. The indicator helped the user to evaluate the rain intensity and decide what his next step would be in such a situation.

Description of the Figures:

The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures, so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood and appreciated, but the purpose of this is not to limit the invention to these certain regulations. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, changes and equivalences that can be included in the area of the invention defined by the accompanying claims. The details shown should be understood that they are shown only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are presented in order to provide the most convenient and easily understandable description of both the shaping of methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. The figures to help understand the present invention are numbered as indicated in the attached image and are given below along with their names. Description of References:

1. Umbrella

2. Sensor measuring rain intensity

3. Indicator

Detailed Description of The Invention:

The parts that make up the product subject to the invention are basically; umbrella (1), the sensor (2) that measures the rain intensity, and the indicator (3). The sensors (2) are positioned inside the umbrella (1) handle.

On the arm of the umbrella (1), the indicator (3) is connected to the sensor (2) that measures the intensity of the rain, and the indicator (3) shows the readings for the sensor (2) that measures the intensity of the rain, the information on the indicator helps the user to see the intensity of the rain.

The indicator (3) shows the intensity of the rain in different colors from low to high (green (low), yellow (medium), red (high)). Indicators (3) light up in green when the precipitation level is low, in yellow if the rain is in normal levels, and in red color to indicate that the weather is now bad and it has started to rain. With this level meter, the possibility of being caught in the rain on a personal or mass basis and getting sick is reduced.
