Patent claims

1. Underground waste container with foot opening lid, which is made of a plastic tank that is two-thirds of its heights placed in hole in ground, where on the top of the hole, and around a plastic tank is placed concrete ring (6) on which is set octagonal housing (5 ) with lid (2) of the container, where outer side of the lid (2) fastened lugs (7) and a movable lid (1), wherein, one of the octagonal sides of the housing (5), and parallel to it , set a mask (1.4) and firmly attached to the lid (2) of the container, where is inside the mask (1.4) set carrier (1.8) pedals, made in the form of an "L" profile with the long arm parallel to the mask (1.4) and short arm of the profile is firmly attached to pedal (1.7), fixed with screws, the longer arm of the carrier (1.8) pedals firmly and inseparably attached to the slider(1.6), where is a slider (1.6) designed in the form of tubes slipped onto the piston rod ( 1.9), which is parallel to the housing (5) and one end is firmly attached to the carrier (1.1), while the other end is firmly attached to the carrier (1.10), and carriers are (1.1, 1.10) attached to the mask (1.4 ), which is a longer arm of the carrier (1.8) firmly attached to bush (1.2) through which is threaded and fastened one end of the cable (1.3), which is the other end of the cable (1.3) transferred via PVC rolls (2.2), under an angle of 90 degrees to the direction which faces the inner part of the lid (2) of the container, and that the second end of the cable (1.3) tightened and fixed to the one end of the lever (3.4), in that the second end of the lever (3,4) is firmly attached to the frame (3.5), with screws (3.6), which is a frame (3,5) pivotally attached to one end of the profile (4.5), which is the other end of the profile (4.5) firmly attached hinge (4.6) of the lid (1) for garbage waste throwing, which is in the middle of profile (4.5) with one end pivotally connected levers (4.4) and the other end of the lever (4.4) is pivotally connected levers (4.3) which is pivotally attached to a damper (4.2), which is a damper (4.2) is firmly attached to a support (4.1) which is attached to the lid (2) of containers, which is one end of the lever (4.10) firmly connected to the hinge (4.6), a second end of the lever (4.10) is passed through the bush (4.9) and the spring (4.7) which are located in the cantilevers (4.8) leading bush that is pivotally attached to the lid (2) of the containers.

Underground waste container with foot opening lid, according to claim 1, wherein, the mask is (1.4) bent towards the lid (2) of the container towards its rim, and is firmly attached to the lid (2) of the container, with screws (3.1), and on mask (1.4) is made a slot, most preferably in the middle part, which is parallel to the housing (5) of the container.

3. Underground waste container with foot opening lid, according to claim 1, wherein, the roll (2.2) are slipped into the shaft (2.1) which is connected to the cantilever (2.3) and firmly attached to the lid (2) of the container.

4. Underground waste container with foot opening lid, according to claim 1, wherein, the one end of the lever (3.4) is pulled through a bush (3.2) which is fastened to the cantilever (3.3), which is firmly attached to the lid (2) of the container.

5. Underground waste container with foot opening lid, according to claim 1, wherein, inner side of the lid (1) for throwing of garbage is firmly attached to guides (4.11) on one end and a second end which are slided connected to the inside of the lid (2) of the container.

Technical Field of the invention

The invention belongs, generally speaking , field collection or removal of waste from households and other waste, or devices for easy opening of lid when throwing garbage in a container.

Secondary and also generally speaking, the subject of the invention belongs to the field of mechanism for opening or closing lid, for example which is activated by a pedal.

Technical Problem

The technical problem that is solved by the invention consists in the following: to solve constructional underground waste container with foot opening lid, that is with embedded mechanism for opening or closing lid, which would be activated by pressing feet on a pedal for opening lid and vice versa, which would achieve easier handling when throwing the garbage in a container, to enable easier manipulation of the user when throwing the waste material, in order to achieve minimal contact between users and container and better hygienic conditions, and construction would be simple and functional, easy to use, long-lasting and economically viable, aesthetically beautifully designed and that meet international standards for devices of this type.

State of the Art

By searching patent and non-patent documentation has been found that there is a number of solutions, which are in daily use, such as underground containers with lifting lid handed users or aboveground containers in which the lifting of lid is solved by activating the foot pedal.

It is known that the solution of the same applicant of the patent S53870 B, published 31.8.2015, with the title "Underground container with waste bag", in which the underground container is shown, which consists of reservoir which is placed in the hole, in the charged earth, and on the surface above the ground is a concrete pad where is set octagonal housing of containers. On the octagonal housing is set lid of the container with its outer sides are fixed two hooks and movable lid for throwing garbage. Movable lid is attached to the container lid with its inner side of the swivel connection of assembly, so that the bush is firmly attached to the inside of the lid of the container and the axle is firmly attached to the movable part of the lid, which is located underneath the lid of the container. For the part of the movable lid, which is located under the lid of the container, is connected to one end of the damper which is a second end over the support firmly attached to the inside of the lid of containers. This connection of the lid of the container and movable lid , limits the movable lid to return to the closed position at high speed, which allows the user to slip the larger bags of waste used with both hands, and after that damper whit small speed close movable lid.

It is known solution from the document DE202004003311 Ul, published on 07.07.2005., under the title "Device for collecting waste," over ground container with stable housing, the inner tank and the housing flap which contains the small lid for throwing of garbage. At the bottom of the housing is set a pedal, which is via a lever attached to the cable. By pressing the pedal, the lever that tightens the cable through the working rolls open the lid for throwing garbage. Lid for throwing of trash is attached to a spring that when you open the lid tightens, and then enables closing the lid. Inside the housing of container is placed reservoir, in which falls the garbage, which has a handles for extracting tank during its discharge.

Another solution is known from the document CN201193148 Y, published 02.11.2009. ,called "Underground ecological container" which consists of the attached housing in the ground in which it is placed a metal container with a handle for removing and discharging the same. On the housing is set a lid and outside of the lid is placed movable lid for throwing garbage. Pedal is set in a level with ground, and attached to the mechanism through levers and stretched spring, when the pedal is pressed, opens the movable lid and by releasing the foot from a pedal lid returns to its original position.

It is well known solution from document NL 1027432 C2, published on 05.09.2006, named "Holder for underground waste container", where is performed concrete housing under the earth and on it is placed movable lid with mask. On the movable lid is set small housing in which there is the opening for the throwing of garbage and when is emptying container is removed together with the lid. Inside of the concrete housing is placed a reservoir for waste, above which is placed a mechanism that is attached to the lid by wire cables and on the other end is attached to the spring which are attached to the bottom of the housing. By cables and springs reservoir is pulled to the surface and empty, and returns to the bottom of the housing and relies on a support.

The object of the invention is to remove all existing defects of known solutions and the incorporation of mechanism for lifting the lid, which is activated by pressing a foot pedal by users, achieve easy opening and closing lid to throw garbage, to facilitate the manipulation of the user when throwing garbage, all with improved hygienic conditions. Summary of the Invention

The essence of the present invention relates to an underground waste container with foot opening lid, which solves the problem of opening and closing lid to throw garbage by pressing and releasing the pedal, which allows to lift and evenly closing lid for throwing the garbage.

More specifically the invention consists of a plastic reservoir which is located in a hole in the ground, so that one-third of its length is set above the ground, and around it is placed concrete ring. On the concrete ring relies octagonal housing of the container in which is placed lid of the container, on the lid there are also fixed lugs for lifting the lid and lid for throwing of garbage.

The invention allows opening and closing of the lid for throwing of garbage and is composed of the pedal, which is attached for the cantilever which is firmly attached to the slider and hooked on connecting rod. At one end of the cable cantilever is fixed while the other end of the cable draped over PVC rolls and fixed to the lever. The lever is pulled through the bush which is fastened to a cantilever which is firmly attached to the container lid. The other end of the lever is attached to one side of the frame while the other side of the frame is pivotally attached to a profile that is on the other side firmly attached to the hinge of lid for throwing of garbage. In the middle of the profile of one end is pivotally connected lever, and the other end of the lever is pivotally attached to the other lever, which is pivotally attached to a damper that allows absorbing effect when lid is closing. On the same side of profile is connected lever which is pulled through the bush and spring and all that is located in the cantilever, which is attached to the lid of container. Spring has the function to absorb force that occurs when releasing pedal and automatically comes to closing of the lid. On the inside of the lid for throwing of garbage are strongly related guides that are on the other side related to a lid of container, and enables consistent lifting of the lid.

Detailed description of the invention

The invention relates to an underground waste container with foot opening of the lid, according to invention and figures from 1 to 7. The invention is essentially based on a plastic tank, which two-thirds of height are located in the hole with compacted soil around the tank, or one-third of its height located above the land area. Around the container, on the land area, has been placed concrete ring 6 on which relies a octagonal container housing 5 where is placed its lid 2. On the outside of the lid 2 of the container are fixed two lugs 7 for its mechanical lifting. Moving lid 1 for throwing of waste is placed on the exterior side of a container lid 2 and it is firmly attached on the inner side with pivotally connection using hinges 4.6. On the one side of the octagonal container housing 5 and parallel with it, it is placed a mask 1.4, and it has been shown on the figures 1, 3 and 5. It bends at an angle towards the lid 2 of the container, to his rim on the front side, and it is firmly attached to the lid 2 by screws 3.1. On the inside of the mask 1.4 is set a pedal carrier 1.8, which is made like„L" profile. The long arm of the„L" profile is parallel to the mask 1.4 and for the short arm is firmly attached pedal 1.7 by screws. On a part of the mask 1.4 which is parallel to the container housing 5 is made a slot, most preferably at about the middle part of the mask, which allows moving of the pedal 1.7 or pedal's carrier 1.8. Pedal carrier 1.8 with its longer arm, which are only about half the height of the container housing 5, is firmly and inseparably linked to the slider 1.6 by welding process. The slider 1.6 is made in the form of tube and slipped onto the piston rod 1.9. The piston rod 1.9 is also parallel with container housing 5.The piston rod 1.9 at one end firmly attached to the carrier rod 1.1 and on the other end is firmly attached to the carrier 1.10 ,using screws. The piston rod carriers 1.1 and 1.10 are attached to the mask 1.4. At the end of longer arm of pedal carrier 1.8 is firmly and inseparably attached bush 1.2 by welding process. Through it is threaded and fastened one end of the cable 1.3. In that part, the cable 1.3 is parallel with the piston rod 1.9 or the pedal carrier 1.8.

Cable 1.3 is on the other end fixed ,figure 4, on the opposite end fixed of the bush 1.2, draped over PVC rolls 2.2 at angle of 90 degrees and in the direction towards the inner part of the containers lid 2. It is parallel to the base of containers lid 2. PVC roll 2.2 is slipped onto the shaft 2.1 which allows the pivotally connection with the rolls cantilever 2.3, which is firmly attached to the frame of large containers lid 2.

The other end of the cable 1.3 is tightened and fixed to the one end of the lever 3.4, as it shown on a figure 5. The lever 3.4 is pulled through a supporting bush 3.2. The supporting bush 3.2 is attached to the cantilever 3.3, which is firmly attached to the containers lid 2. The other end of lever 3.4 is firmly attached to one side of the frame 3.5, using the screws 3.6. The frame 3.5, at the other parallel side, is over the profile 4.5 attached to hinge 4.6 of the moving lid 1, as it shown on the figures 6 and 7. This profile 4.5 is at one end pivotally connected with the frame 3.5, as it shown on figures 6 and 7: On the other end it is firmly attached to hinge 4.6 of the moving lid 1 for throwing the waste by welding process. In the middle of the profile 4.5 is pivotally connected one end of lever 4.4. Other end of lever 4.4 is pivotally connected to the other lever 4.3. This lever 4.3 is pivotally connected to a damper 4.2, which allows amortized descending of lid 1 for throwing of waste. Damper 4.2 is connected to the carrier 4.1, which is attached to the lid 2 of container. Lever 4.10 is firmly connected on one end to hinge 4.6 by welding procedure and on the other end is swiped through bush 4.9, then swiped through spring 4.7. All this components are positioned in bush cantilever 4.8, which is connected to a container lid 2. Spring 4.7 enables automatic closing of the lid 1 for throwing of waste, after releasing foot pedal. From internal side of the lid 1 for throwing of waste, as it shown on figure 1, there are firmly connected guides 4.11 with their one end, and the other end of guides 4.11 is slided connected to the container lid 2, and those ones allows uniformly lifting the lid 1 for throwing of waste. The functioning of underground waste container with pedal is simple according to the invention and that is on obvious way derived from the previous description of the invention and drawing figures. The process of opening lid 1 for waste throwing begins when users with foot presses the pedal 1.7, which is located on the aboveground part of the container. Pedal 1.7 along with the pedal carrier 1.8, using the slider 1.6, slides on the piston rod 1.9. After that, the cable 1.3 tightens and other end of cable pulls the lever 3.4. The lever 3.4 is in firm connection with the frame 3.5, so at the same time with lever the frame 3.5 is also moving. The frame 3.5 over profiles 4.5, pivotally connected levers 4.3; 4.4; 4.10 and hinge 4.6 raises lid 1 for throwing of waste. At the same time, levers 4.4 and 4.3 are activating the damper 4.2 and tightening the spring 4.7. During releasing of the pedal 1.7, tight spring 4.7 is closing lid 1 for throwing of the waste and damper 4.2 allows uniformly closing of the lid 1, without thrusts.

Description of embodiments

Application method of the invention is deriving in an obvious way from the previous text, or for using of the registered invention isn't requiring any special knowledge, experience or guidance for its successful implementation. The knowledge which it takes and which are sufficient for successful implementation of the invention, on the basis of the given description, are only from the subject area, which has every ordinary skilled expert. All structural and functional features of the invention, the inventor has successfully tested on the prototype.

Also, any structural improvements or changes that would be in the scope of the present underground container with a pedal and would be in the purpose of its functional improvements, are considered to be covered by this application.
